Chocolate Mary Mole Recipe

Specialfood recommends an alternative version of the traditional recipe, prepared with chocolate, which will leave any chocoholic salivating. This recipe is very simple as it doesn't need to be baked, and the result is a delicious pudding that both children and adults love. Ingredients for making chocolate maria moles:

 1 can of condensed milk

 150 grams of grated coconut

 1 semi-sweet chocolate bar (200 g)

 4 units of egg white

 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin

How to make chocolate marmalade:

To make maria-mole chocolate pudding, start by whipping the egg whites until they are firm. Dissolve the gelatin in 6 tablespoons of water and place in a bain-marie to melt.

Then melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, place it in the egg whites container and mix everything. Add the condensed milk, the grated coconut and the previously dissolved gelatin. Stir until you get a smooth mixture.

Place the chocolate maria mole mixture into a greased rectangular shape and refrigerate until it hardens. When it solidifies, cut into pieces and wrap in grated coconut.

Tip: Grated coconut can be replaced with chocolate sprinkles.
